Reservations and Bookings

Booking Policy

• All reservations are subject to availability
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid photo identification is required at check-in

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate and room type booked:

• Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in
• Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellations or modifications allowed
• Group Bookings: Special cancellation terms apply, please contact us directly

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect other guests and hotel staff
• Comply with hotel policies and local laws
• Take responsibility for any damage to hotel property
• Not engage in illegal activities on hotel premises
• Adhere to the hotel's no-smoking policy in designated areas

Liability

Vision Garden Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
